Every home we build or remodel starts the same way: a conversation about how you live and what you want to protect. We guide decisions step by step, stay involved through every phase, and see things through long after many contractors would step away. That approach has kept our clients, and our subcontractors, working with us since 2008.
How We Can Help
Custom Home Design
We design and build custom homes from the ground up, guided by how you live and what matters most to you. From the first planning conversation through final walk-throughs, we are involved so every decision connects and the finished home feels intentional, cohesive, and genuinely yours.
Home Remodeling
Kitchen, bathroom, and interior remodels that improve function and long-term value without disrupting your home more than necessary. We help prioritize decisions, sort through design choices, and manage the details so updates feel purposeful rather than pieced together.
Additions & Outbuildings
From room additions to detached shops, garages, and outdoor living structures, we design spaces that connect naturally to your existing property. Each addition is planned with the whole picture in mind, so it looks and feels like it was always supposed to be there.
A Straightforward Construction Process
1. Discover & Design
We sit down to learn how you live, what you want your home to feel like, and what you need to protect financially. Big decisions get broken into smaller steps so nothing feels rushed or paralyzing.
2. Bid & Approve
Once the design is settled, plans go out for bids. Pricing is based on real, finalized decisions, not moving targets. You know what to expect before construction begins, not after.
3. Build with Confidence
With financing, permits, and contracts in place, the build starts. We stay involved, communicate clearly, and walk through the project with you so there are no surprises mid-construction.
4. Complete & Celebrate
Final inspections, certificate of occupancy, title company closing, and move-in. The process ends with relief, pride, and a home that is entirely yours.
The Experience Behind Every Decision
For more than 20 years, we have worked hands-on through every phase of residential construction in Southern Oregon, from foundations to finish work. That background makes a real difference when it is time to evaluate options, catch problems early, or have an honest conversation about what something will cost versus what it will actually return.
We stay engaged once the contracts are signed. Permitting, construction walkthroughs, subcontractor coordination, final inspections: we are there for all of it. Clients tell us that is not what they expected. It is what we consider standard.

Common Questions About Our Projects
- How do I know which service is the right fit for my situation?
It depends on what you are trying to achieve and what your property allows. Some people start convinced they need to build new and end up remodeling instead. Others think a simple addition will do the job, but their lot or budget point in a different direction. We talk through all of that in the first meeting, at no charge, so you can make a grounded decision before any money changes hands.
- What kinds of additions and outbuildings do you build in Southern Oregon?
We build home additions (new bedrooms, expanded living areas, sunrooms), detached structures (workshops, garages, storage buildings), and outdoor living spaces, including decks and covered patios. Each project is planned to integrate with your existing property so it looks and feels intentional rather than tacked on. We serve homeowners across Josephine and Jackson counties.
- Can I stay in my home during a remodeling project?
In most cases, yes. Kitchen and bathroom remodels do disrupt daily routines, so we plan the work sequence carefully to keep that disruption as short as possible. Larger or multi-room remodels may require a temporary relocation for part of the project. We walk through the realistic timeline with you before anything is scheduled, so you can plan accordingly.
- What is the difference between a custom home and a production home in Grants Pass?
A production home is built from a fixed set of floor plans with limited options for finishes and layouts. A custom home starts from scratch based on how you actually live: your floor plan, your material choices, your priorities. In the Grants Pass area, where many people are relocating from out of state and building their version of home in Southern Oregon, custom is often the only approach that makes the investment feel worthwhile. We work through that process from the first conversation forward.
