About The Project

Built for a young family with three small children, this single-story home was designed around how they actually live and work. The fourth bedroom was designed as a home office, giving the family flexibility as their needs change. They selected every finish personally: tile showers, tile flooring, custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and paint colors inside and out. The RV pad beside the home was paved wide enough to pull double duty as a play space for the kids.

Working within a city subdivision lot meant being intentional about every square foot. Jason laid out the home and RV pad together from the start, fitting both on the lot in a way that made the most of the space without sacrificing function or curb appeal.

Building their first home with three young kids in the mix meant every decision carried real weight. Jason walked alongside them through finishes, fixtures, and appliances, helping them make choices that fit the home they had in mind and the budget they needed to stay inside.
